Meet Nike, originally a Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef who also runs Tarty, a Cape Town-based Patisserie. She recently relocated from Berlin where she worked for many years in fine dining as Head of Pastry and Sous Chef overlooking both sweet and savoury food preparation.
She has been meticulously tasting and testing to give you broth that is clean in flavour, with just the right amount of vegetables and meat for ultimate richness.
Nike sources the regeneratively farmed chicken from Veldt reared and beef bones from Meat the Butcher. The broth comes frozen in 480ml tubs and is lightly salted so we have more power over our sodium intake.
Perfect for risottos, soups or as a hot drink.
